Raw Data
Master refresh · 30 October 2026. Material: 23,358 part rows; cutoff 2026-10-28. OLA/SIT: 15,727 eligible cases; cutoff 2026-10-28. Of the newly appended master rows, 12 Material RCA and at least one RCA on 385 OLA/SIT rows remain pending. Blank RCA is retained; recorded labels are not proof of a confirmed cause. RCA coverage is shown for each selected metric and scope. Open Case/ISD and backorder sources retain their separate existing cutoffs.
Warranty KPI Definitions
Field OLA 3BD and E2E 10BD TAT use eligible Warranty OTC 02N cases. Actual = sum of the respective source flag divided by the count of valid 0/1 flags. Blank flags are excluded. FY26 target: 80% for each metric. Field OLA cutoff: 3 PM; E2E TAT cutoff: 4 PM. Source headers: Field Ola 3Bd Flag and Sit 10Bd Flag. The current workbook contains metric-specific RCA columns, so flag and RCA lookup uses header names.
Carepack OLA 2BD and E2E 5BD TAT retain their separate OTC 05D/05K population and 85% target. Customer labels and existing KPI calculation inputs remain as supplied in the Desktop snapshot. Signed gap = actual minus target; rates use percentage points, while PPSNC uses parts/SN. Volume has no approved performance target.
KPI Definitions and Interpretation
| KPI | Population and Calculation | Target and Direction |
|---|---|---|
| PPSNC30 | Sum of PPSNC numerators from first-occurrence eligible interventions, divided by distinct eligible period-SN. | Applicable Indonesia segment and business-type target, weighted using the existing engine. Lower is better. |
| PPSND30 | Part rows on serial numbers in the eligible PPSNC population, divided by the same period-SN denominator. This retains the existing part-row proxy. | No configured target. Lower is better. |
| RR30 | Distinct first-occurrence interventions flagged for repeat repair, divided by distinct interventions in the RR30 scope. | Applicable Indonesia segment and business-type target. Lower is better. |
| 3+OS | Eligible RR30 interventions with the exact 3+OS token, divided by the RR30 intervention denominator. The existing calculation is retained; the newly available source flag is not substituted without approval. | User-approved country targets, weighted by eligible interventions. Lower is better. |
| Field OLA 2BD / E2E 5BD TAT | Sum of the corresponding valid 0/1 flag divided by valid flags in the Carepack population (OTC 05D/05K). | 85% for FY26. Higher is better. |
| Field OLA 3BD / E2E 10BD TAT | Sum of the corresponding valid 0/1 flag divided by valid flags in the Warranty population (OTC 02N). | 80% for FY26. Higher is better. |
Scope, Periods and Targets
Country: Indonesia. Material scope is inherited from the approved upstream extract. Service data is filtered to Indonesia, Onsite, Break_Fix, Commercial and Active Resource Blanks = 1, excluding DaaS/MPS in the source business classifications. Customer delays remain in the service KPI denominator. Blank service flags are excluded, not treated as misses.
FY26 runs from November 2025 to October 2026. Q1: November–January; Q2: February–April; Q3: May–July; Q4: August–October. Business-day thresholds are not calendar-day thresholds. Field OLA uses the 3 PM cutoff; E2E TAT uses the 4 PM cutoff.
Gap = actual minus target. Percentage gaps use percentage points; parts-per-SN gaps use ratio units. Performance status uses unrounded values. An actual equal to its target is compliant; the executive RAG icon marks equality in amber. N/A means no data or no configured target, not zero.
October 2026 is a partial snapshot. Headline comparisons retain the existing complete-period selection policy. Embedded trend target lines follow each period; target badges summarize the active scope. A verification date does not replace the source cutoff.
RCA and Recommended Actions
Repeat-repair analysis uses the recorded RCA RR30 field, not a renamed miss-reason taxonomy. Missing RCA remains in the denominator. Field OLA 2BD uses RCA OLA 2BD; other service metrics use their respective named RCA fields. Empty RCA fields do not justify invented causes or copied reasons from a different KPI.
Source categories are evidence-based drivers, not automatically confirmed root causes. Recommendations are proposed actions requiring case-level validation, assigned ownership and effectiveness checks. The dashboard currently uses local rule-based analysis. No connected generative AI service is configured.
Customer, Product and Location Views
Customer names follow the current workbook headers: Material CDAX Customer Name in column Q and OLA-SIT Customer Name in column AF. Source labels are retained. Product / model units use eligible period-SN. City counts use distinct source cases associated with the selected customer; they are not KPI denominators. Missing or conflicting locations are not guessed.
Open Case and Source Quality
Open Case uses only the latest available source snapshot. Case counts are distinct CaseID, work orders are distinct WorkOrderNumber, and anomaly counts are source rows. Case age and work-order age are calendar days unless explicitly labelled working days. Source ISD status is a workbook snapshot, not a live ISD query.
Material first-occurrence calculations are retained for parity. Source conflicts affect 15 numerator-flag interventions, 17 denominator-flag interventions and 52 RR30-scope interventions; these groups may overlap. Results remain provisional pending source-owner reconciliation. The refreshed eligible service population has no duplicate period–Case ID rows.
Interactions
Click a customer, supplier, product or period to filter the relevant dashboard scope. Ctrl/Shift-click allows multiple selections where supported. Segment buttons in KPI Evidence and RCA Analysis change the local analysis without changing the sidebar filters. City drill-down does not alter KPI calculations. Back to Top scrolls the dashboard to the top.
